Our Clients is a multinational manufacturer of construction materials and equipment. Company has production plants all over the world and delivers high quality products. Due to extensive growth on the Polish market we are currently looking for suitable candidates for the position of Sales Director with possibility for more responsibilities if the candidate succeeds in the first collaboration steps.
Opis stanowiska:
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for current and new markets
Develop the product brands according to group strategies
Optimize sales efforts in order to grow with the customers
Create specific plans and organize cooperation with the Group
Monitor construction market and competition movements
Report to Regional Head of Sales
Kogo szukamy:
University degree in technical or business faculty
Min. 10 years of experience on Sales Management position in B2B company
Very good understanding of construction market and products
Proven experience in successful team management
Strong communication skills with leadership abilities
Fluency in English
