Your main responsibilites will be:
complex managament of new HR Service Centre in Bratislava
identification and implementation of processes – KPIs, SLAs
maintenance of quality standards within HR Service Centre
definitition and implementation of strategy and target
direct responsibility for team
active cooperation with suppliers at the international level
active cooperation within other company´s departments
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master degree
mininum 5 years of experience as HR Manager
previous experience in leading a team of people
experience in managing processes in call-centre will be an advantage
experience in green field projects will be an advantage
fluent English is a must
strong managing skills
strong communication and presentation skills
