- Drive revenue growth in a Corporate Customer sector (Poland and Eastern Europe region)
- Maintain existing customer accounts and acquire the new ones
- Provide report and clear vision of sales status and coverage
- To drive increase in sales with the B2B clients (biggest companies on the market)
- To identify actively new business opportunities within a field of professional language assessment
- To prepare offers and lead product presentations for clients
- To provide customers with all information related to products and services
- To conduct negotiations and prepare contracts
- To manage Key Clients with a specific cross-selling plan and maintain long-term business relations
- To report directly to a Regional Director on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis
- University or Business School Degree (preferably English studies / Linguistics)
- A proven track record in sales (preferably of language assessment products and services) for a Corporate Customer sector at least 2 years, working in an international environment.
Languages:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, (min. level C1 of the CEFR, ex. TOEIC Score > 900)
- Proficiency in Polish is required
- Proficiency in other languages will be appreciated
Other requirements:
- An orientation for achieving goals
- A strong motivation to develop in the field of sales of educational products and services
- Good knowledge of establishing and maintaining business relations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Good time management skills and ability to organize one’s own work
- Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PP, Outlook, Internet)
- Active driving license, B category (own car is preferred, frequent travels)
