Person hired on this position will be responsible for: - Supporting customers on the phone and via email within travel branch - Handling all customer complaints and feedback, follow up on the cases; - Advising and solving various problems that may occur; - Ensuring customer satisfaction - Build and maintain good professional relations with customers
Requirements: - University Graduate - Fluency in Italian - Good command of English - Experience in customer service - Experience in working in travel industry would be an asset - GDS knowledge will be an asset - Client oriented personality - Very good communication skills - Stress resistance - Wilingness to shift work
