Required profile:
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in the distribution industry (cinema, VOD, TV) and 4 in sales
- Ability to read the ratings
- Advanced Excel skills to manage data analysis, forecasts, and reporting
- Proven track record in license sales
- Great knowledge about films and cinematography and basic copyright law is a plus
- Good negotiation and analytical skills
- Great organizational skill
- Strategic thinking
- Focus of clients' needs and goals
- Strong knowledge of TV and OTT market trends in Poland.
- English level B2-C1
- Excellent organization and adaptability
- Very good presentation skills
- Teamwork, interpersonal communication, negotiation ability, autonomy, and strong organization skills
