We've also participated in many project aimed at supporting new investors on the Polish market. , , For one of our clients, an international automotive company setting up a new investment in Poland, we are looking for the Candidates for the position of:
Key responsibilities:
Support the business goals by managing all aspects of the HR function
Co-operate in implementations HR Policies and procedures, set-up programs and practices in line with the local law and practices
Plan and develop an effective recruitment strategy, directing policy and procedures to ensure that the business is well positioned to recruit high caliber people.
Administrate a payroll system
Coordinate and organize training programs and follow-up development action plans.
Develop and maintain relationships with employees, external institutions: Employment Agencies, Labour Offices
Maintain up to date knowledge of employment legislation
Prepare, monitor and keep controls on departmental expenditure within the budget guidelines.
Manage all aspects of the reward management programs: compensation & benefits programs, reward policies, performance management programs
Requirements:
University degree or relevant working experience
Minimum 4 years experience in general HR Management ideally in a manufacturing environment
Proficient in labor laws and regulations
Excellent communications skills including written, oral, listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to understand and solve business related employment and personnel problems quickly and effectively
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Fluent English speaking
Good knowlegdg of MS Office, Excel.
